What is Neuro Based Anxiety Coaching?
Neuro Based Anxiety Coaching incorporates the body-brain connection of the nervous system to bring about lasting change. It integrates the principles of the Polyvagal theory, and it is targeted towards calming the nervous system so that a person can respond appropriately to stressors in their environment. I use highly effective methods based on sound scientific research to help my clients overcome anxiety to fast-track them towards their goals and dreams.
What can you expect from a coaching journey with me?
I use a standardised assessment to give me an indication of how anxiety is affecting your relationships, work and social life.
I then design a program specific to your needs to bring you to a state where you can function optimally. It normally takes four to six sessions to see remarkable results.
As a qualified Neuro Coach, I use The Neuro-Coach Method™ to transform your emotional energy. I also teach you practical self-help tools to manage anxiety on a day-to-day basis. This includes Neurogenic Tremor Exercises, Polyvagal exercises and breathwork.
